What you can Expect of Us

  • We will work in your best interest.
  • We will focus on helping you achieve your financial goals.
  • We will be available as a resource for financial, business and estate matters.
  • We will meet with you at least once per year (or more frequently per your request) to review your goals and adjust for any changes.
  • We will make every effort to follow up on your phone calls and emails as quickly as possible, and no later than one business day.
  • We will respect your confidentiality.


What we Ask of You

  • Engage in the financial planning process as seriously as we do, so that together we can make progress towards accomplishing your financial goals.
  • Meet with us at least once per year.
  • Return our phone calls, emails, or requested paperwork promptly.
  • Treat our staff with the same respect and consideration with which we treat you.
  • Contact us if there are any major changes (or anticipated changes) in your life (new job, new home, marriage, additions to your family, divorce, retirement or inheritance).
  • Introduce us to family members, friends and associates if we have served you well.
